Sealed bids are invited for the Willow Creek Fish Cleaning Station project at Willow Creek Recreation Park, near Pierce in Pierce County, Nebraska. The bid proposals must be submitted on the supplied form and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for 5% of the total bid, payable to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission as bid security. Bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bidder's proposal is accepted and the bidder fails to execute the contract and provide required bonds and insurance. If the total project cost is less than $50,000, no bid bond is required. A Labor and Material Payment Bond is required if the project cost exceeds $15,000. A Performance Bond is required if the project cost exceeds $50,000, unless a single lump-sum payment is agreed upon after completion and acceptance, except when the total project cost exceeds $100,000. Bid proposals must be marked accordingly. The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities or irregularities. Bids may not be withdrawn for thirty days after the bid opening. Question Deadline 04/22/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a request to the Architect/Engineer at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
