The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) is soliciting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Professional Services for the Scully Yard Relief Sewer Design. ALCOSAN intends to award the services to one firm to perform all of the required services. Ten hard copies and one electronic copy must be received by the specified deadline. Businesses owned and operated by minorities, disadvantaged and women's and Service-Disabled Veteran business enterprises are encouraged to submit qualification statements or participate as subcontractors or suppliers to the selected Consultant/Firm. The selected party shall be required to utilize minority, disadvantaged, women's, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned business enterprises to the fullest extent possible.
