The City of Warner Robins is seeking highly qualified consulting firms to assist in updating a Downtown Master Plan, Regulating Plan, and Development Code. The consultant must have demonstrated experience in land use, urban design, contemporary planning codes, architectural guidelines, and regulating plans for transportation and storm water infrastructure. The professional consultant must also develop a public participation plan to fully engage citizens and stakeholders in preparing the master plan and code. The overall goal is to establish a feasible implementation plan to create a sustainable and thriving downtown environment that aligns with the community stakeholders' goals and objectives.
