Waller Independent School District is soliciting Request For Proposals (RFP# 263-2026) from qualified vendors to provide Maintenance Services, Supplies, Materials, Equipment, and Software on an as-needed basis to be awarded to multiple vendors. Vendors may offer discounts from their catalog, website, or retail prices, but responses without discounts are also encouraged. This opportunity applies only to vendors who do not currently have an awarded contract for Maintenance Supplies, Equipment & Services with Waller ISD. Suppliers are responsible for keeping informed of all activities and addendums related to this opportunity. Proposals must be submitted online via the electronic system or delivered as sealed proposals to the Waller ISD Administration Office. No fax or email submissions will be accepted. Questions must be submitted through the e-Bid portal. Waller ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and may waive formalities or minor irregularities at its discretion.
