The district is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors capable of providing Pioneer Ditch Piping Installation Services. The work includes procurement and installation of approximately 3300 ft of 24" DR32.5 HDPE pipeline, about 20 ft of 30" DR32.5 HDPE pipeline, approximately 500 ft total of 15" and 18" HDPE pipelines, concrete diversion and inlet structures, multiple check and turnout structures, alfalfa valve assemblies and air vents, a flow meter vault with an ultrasonic flow meter system, associated grading, compaction, trenching, backfill, and surface restoration. The project also requires fusion welding of pipes using a vendor-provided fusion machine, installation of turnouts and structures according to detailed engineering design, and backfilling of the pipeline using source fill in compliance with engineering specifications to ensure structural integrity and optimal functionality. Strict compliance with OSHA safety guidelines is required during all construction phases. Bidders are responsible for all licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, and bonds required by the district and State of Arizona. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in its best interest. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the submission requirements included in the RFP.
