Site work for a water / sewer project in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the installation of potable water mains, replacing approximately 5,491 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron and 6,425 linear feet of 3-inch PVC in North Little Rock. The areas of work include W. M Ave., Round Hill Rd., Jay Cir., Green Valley Ave., Dublin Ave., Shamrock Dr., Northeast Cir., Theresa Dr., Elain St., Lennell Dr., Broken Arrow Dr., Broken Arrow Cir., Arrowhead Rd., West Dr., South Dr., East Dr., N. Berkley Dr., and Wilshire Dr. Bidders must obtain official contract documents directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list to receive addendums or updates. All bids must include a Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to at least 5% of the total bid. The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water. There will be a pre-bid conference, and bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
