The scope of work consists of cleaning three of the alum/lime sludge ponds at the Millwood Water Treatment Plant in Ashdown, Arkansas. Bidders must comply with equal opportunity employment regulations and the requirements of the President's Executive Orders regarding employment practices. All bidding processes must be in accordance with state law. Each bidder must provide bid security as outlined in the Information for Bidders. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening. Attention is called to employment conditions and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. Instruction to bidders, forms, plans, specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained at no cost per set from the office of the Engineer at the stated address.
