CR#: 2133765 The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking quotes for the purchase of audio-visual equipment components for a conference room located at Empire State Plaza, Agency Building 2 in Albany, New York. The scope of work includes the supply of: 1. LG 86” 4K Color, High-Definition Resolution, Touch Screen, Smartboard, Display Monitor or its equivalent with HDMI, USB-C, USB-2 and Wireless connection options. 2. Extra Large Fusion Micro Adjustable Fixed Wall Mount or equivalent (suitable for 55” to 100” monitor, with 250lb+ capacity). 3. Cisco Room BAR Pro, First Light, including: (a) Cisco USA Power Cord for Room BAR Pro (b) Cisco Room Navigator-Table Stand, First Light (White) for the table (c) Cisco 1.5m GREY HDMI 2.0 (Room BAR Pro to Display Monitor) (d) Cisco Mounting Kit for Cisco Room BAR Pro (Room BAR Pro to Display Monitor) 4. Cisco Table Microphone Pro (with 11 Meter Cable), First Light-SPARE (Room BAR Pro to Table). 5. Cisco Active Optical Cable, USB-C 3.1, (with 9 Meter Cable) (Room BAR Pro to Navigator on Table). The awarded vendor is required to deliver the items to OER at Empire State Plaza, Agency Bldg. 2, 8th Floor, no later than June 15, 2026 or within 30 calendar days of receipt of a NYS purchase order or payment guarantee. Bidders must itemize and price each component separately, including any delivery or shipping costs, which should not be billed separately. Each bid must include a signed and dated Mandatory Certification submitted with the Cost Proposal for RFQ-059. OER reserves the right to award and purchase all, some, or none of the items based on the quotes received. The cost proposal and certification must be emailed by the specified deadline.
