Site work for a municipal facility in Paris, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Firth, Idaho is requesting proposals from qualified professionals to provide engineering, planning, funding administration, and related services for various projects, beginning with updating the city's comprehensive plan in accordance with Idaho Code 67-6508. The scope includes the design and construction observation of related projects resulting from the planning effort or other planning and engineering projects as determined at the discretion of the city. The selected applicant should have experience with funding programs suitable for small rural communities. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked on the following criteria: Capability to Perform Project (10%), Relevant Project Experience (25%), Qualifications of Project Team (25%), and Project Approach and Schedule (40%). Proposals must be submitted electronically via email and five physical copies delivered to the city by no later than 3 p.m. MST on April 27, 2026. Proposals are limited to seven single-sided pages. The proposal must be identified as "Proposal for Comprehensive Plan Update and Engineering Services for Related Projects" on the envelope or email subject line. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any irregularities, and accept the proposal(s) deemed in the best interest of the City.
