Site work for a water / sewer project in Hilton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of approximately 30,000 linear feet of water main, hydrants, valves, and other related appurtenances along various roads within the Town of Parma, Monroe County. Sealed bids are requested for the General Contract (Contract #1). Instructions to bidders include obtaining the bidding documents from the designated website (www.avalonroch-planroom.com) for a non-refundable fee, registering as a plan holder, and monitoring the website for official notifications and addenda. Bidding documents may be examined at specified offices during regular business hours, but will not be available from the engineering group or the owner. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Question Deadline 04/28/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
