This project is an accessibility upgrade for Rieber Vista, Rieber Terrace, and Hedrick Summit. The scope of work includes 27 common area all-gender bathrooms and 27 student bathrooms across the three buildings. The work includes new bathroom layouts, fixtures, accessories, epoxy flooring, and paint in the scope area. Rieber Vista: The scope of work includes accessibility upgrades to 9 common area all-gender bathrooms and 9 student room bathrooms. Rieber Terrace: The scope of work includes accessibility upgrades to 9 common area all-gender bathrooms and 15 student room bathrooms. Hedrick Summit: The scope of work includes accessibility upgrades to 9 common area all-gender bathrooms and 3 student room bathrooms. The work will be divided into two phases: Phase 0 – Submittals and Procurement Phase 1 – Construction. Except for Rieber Terrace, all work will be performed while the buildings remain occupied. Contractor shall coordinate the sequence of work carefully with the University’s Representative to ensure residents are not affected.
