Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Au Sable Forks, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 30,000-square-foot municipal facility.

Sealed proposals are sought from qualified NY State Licensed Professional Engineers (PE) or Architects (RA) to design and engineer specifications for upgraded roofing insulation and high performance windows to improve energy efficiency. The purpose is to reduce energy costs and improve the building envelope at the Town Hall/Community Center Building (30,000 square feet). All proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposer's name and address. Proposals must include executed non-collusion bid certificates and a certificate of compliance with the Iran Divestment Act, signed by the proposer or one of its officers as required by law. Disadvantaged and minority or women-owned business enterprises will be afforded equal opportunity to submit bids.
