The City of Eureka Springs is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional abstractors or title research firms to conduct a comprehensive inventory and records analysis of all City-owned real property. The purpose of this project is to establish a verified, organized, and documented inventory of all municipal property, including both utilized and unutilized parcels. Interested firms should submit qualifications demonstrating experience with similar projects, familiarity with the current or similar system, state and federal funding compliance, and staff capability. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submissions, waive informalities, and negotiate a contract with the firm deemed most qualified and in the best interest of the city.
