Sealed proposals are invited for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the WAR Lebanon Deerfield Road RPP (PID 124956), 26-05. Each bidder must submit a printed copy of the Bid Documents booklet with all applicable forms filled out, along with a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders are required to obtain bid documents directly from the City of Lebanon and must register to be identified as a plan holder for the project. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein, and must include evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The Contractor will have 21 calendar days to complete the work once construction starts, unless an extension is granted, with project completion required no later than October 30, 2026. All bidders must be ODOT prequalified for the appropriate type of work at all relevant times, and all contractors and subcontractors must comply with Davis Bacon Wage Determinations and EEO requirements.
