The Engineer's Estimate for This Project is $320,000 the City of Ironton Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities. Question Deadline 06/16/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questionsreceived lessthan ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The City of Ironton Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Increase or Decrease or Omit Any Item or Times and/or Award the Bid to the Lowest and Best Bidder. Each Bidder Must Submit Evidence of Its Experiences on Projects of Similar Size and Complexity. the Owner Intends That This Project Be Completed No Later Than the Time Period as Set Forth in Article 4 of the Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor on the Basis of a Stipulated Price. Each Bidder Must Ensure That All Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, National Origin, Handicap, Ancestry, or Age. All Contractors and Subcontractors Involved With the Project Shall to the Extent Practicable, Use Ohio Products, Materials, Services and Labor in the Implementation of Their Project. Each Bidder is Required to Furnish With Its Submission of the Fully Completed Bid Documents, a Bid Security in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Security Furnished in Bond Form (Bid Guarantee and Contract and Performance Bond as Provided in Section 153.57.1 of the Ohio Revised Code), Must Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety.
