The Province requests proposals for outhouse and caretaking services for specified outhouses along the David Thomson Corridor (DTC), Cow Lake, and Strubel Lake. The services include furnishing all labour, supplies, and equipment necessary for cleaning the outhouses, emptying garbage and recycle bins according to the specified frequency. Pricing for cleaning supplies, consumable washroom products, and plastic garbage bags will be on a cost plus basis, with the Province retaining the right to procure these materials separately. Cleaning products and washroom supplies must be environmentally friendly and approved by the Province. The Contractor is to provide all other necessary supplies to complete contracted tasks.
