Site work and addition to a museum in Torbay, Newfoundland. Design plans call for the addition of a 1,800-square-foot, two-story above grade museum.
Construction of a 1,600-to-1,800 foot addition to the Torbay History House. The addition is intended to increase the capacity of History House for additional programming, provide useable space for storage and administration, and facilitate accommodation of larger groups through the inclusion of a multi-purpose room with full meeting technology capabilities to attract outside organizations for meetings, events, and related activities. TIMELINE: RFP for design and project management services has been awarded. Further update may be confirmed late fall 2026.
