Closing Time: 4:00 PM NT The Town of Torbay is seeking the services of a well-qualified consultant consulting firm to provide architectural design and project management for a 1,600-to-1,800 foot addition to the Torbay History House. The design must align with the architectural style of the existing structure and be compatible with the surrounding landscape. The addition is intended to increase the capacity of History House for additional programming, provide useable space for storage and administration, and facilitate accommodation of larger groups through the inclusion of a multi-purpose room with full meeting technology capabilities to attract outside organizations for meetings, events, and related activities.
