Reference Number 0000319446 Replacement of the infloor heating system in Room 140 of RCMP Selkirk Detachment. Contractor to follow all security requirements and the scope of work defined in the Specifications and drawings provided with bid package. The work includes but is not limited to: disconnecting and removing the in floor heating system as indicated; removing concrete slab, in floor heat loops, reinforcing steel, void form as indicated; removing grade beams, trench drain and any existing void form; removing any loose concrete from grade beams as indicated and keeping trench drain grate for re-use; removing sanitary line and leaving stub from grade beams as indicated; installing new concrete floor slab as indicated; installing new concrete trench drain slab; installing new concrete grade beams; reinstalling existing trench grating; installing new in floor heat loops as indicated; connecting new in floor heat system at manifold; refilling system with hydronic fluid as needed; connecting new sanitary line to existing stubs as indicated; installing new sanitary line with piping to be supported by structural slab as indicated; installing new cleanouts and drain trap.
