All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission of quotes. Offerors must provide quotes via e-mail only to the designated contacts, and must complete the Price Proposal Schedule and Enclosure 1 - Cost Estimate Breakdown Summary Sheet including materials, labor, equipment, overhead, profit, bonds, tax, etc. Noncompliance with solicitation requirements may result in elimination from consideration.
