Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and all incidental items for Replace Fuel Tanks at building 2096 in accordance with the solicitation proposal requirements for Replace Fuel Tanks at building 2096. This is a Fixed Price Contract. Question Deadline 05/04/2026 at 5:00 PM AKT All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent via email to abdullah.o.mustapha.civ@army.mil or Jefferey.a.morgan.civ@army.mil Replace fuel tanks at building 2096. Delivery to Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. All offers must include complete and detailed technical specifications to enable the Government's evaluation and determination of technical acceptability. Quotes must include estimated delivery date, SAM Unique ID Number, CAGE Code, and Tax Identification number. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission of quotes. Offerors must provide quotes via e-mail only to the designated contacts, and must complete the Price Proposal Schedule and Enclosure 1 - Cost Estimate Breakdown Summary Sheet including materials, labor, equipment, overhead, profit, bonds, tax, etc. Noncompliance with solicitation requirements may result in elimination from consideration. Exceptions to requirements must be clearly identified and explained, with specific reference to the applicable section. Proposals will be evaluated based on total price and adherence to solicitation requirements.
