Reference Number 0000419959 Question Deadline 06/04/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No The City of Fountain, Colorado is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify qualified commercial general construction contractors capable of supporting current and future Intergovernmental Support Agreements (IGSAs) with neighboring military installations, as well as collaborative construction and maintenance efforts with adjacent municipalities and projects within the City of Fountain. The City anticipates the need for construction-related services to be administered through task orders primarily supporting Fort Carson and projects within the City of Fountain. Task orders are expected to range from approximately 500,000 dollars to 5,000,000 dollars. Work may include, but is not limited to: - Building, facility, and structural construction, repair, and alteration - Painting and signage - Services and commodities - Sewer line replacements - Cleaning services - ADA-compliant work - Flooring replacement - Roofing and abatement - Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Earthwork, concrete, and asphalt paving - Demolition and deconstruction - Gazebos and similar structures Contractors must demonstrate the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and must be financially self-sustaining, with the ability to self-perform at least 50 percent of all services and materials using their own workforce or that of a similarly situated subcontractor.
