Luna, Purchasing Agent) Piggyback Contract No Source ID PU.AG.USA.1554.C9166126 Cameron County is soliciting bids for annual BID # 1485 for Causeway Lighting Repairs covering its QUEEN ISABELLA CAUSEWAY AT SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TX. and to be used by Cameron County Parks Department for beginning on July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 for a period of one (1) year with mutually agreed option to renew once for two (2) additional years, total 3 years - prices and all terms remaining constant, based upon Commissioners' Court's final approval. It is the County's concern that all lights meet all standards and that they are at peak performance. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the bidder to schedule each County light repair on a timely basis. The attached pages list the services desired. The bidders should list on a separate sheet any variations from, or exceptions to, the conditions of this bid, and attach it to the bid. The bids will be based upon all services. Bid prices are to be F.O.B. Cameron County. All discounts will be considered in determining the lowest, responsible bidder. Payment will be made by Cameron County on original invoices that clearly itemize the goods and/or services provided as to quantity, part number, description, price, applicable discount (if any), labor charges showing time differential, if applicable and if previously agreed to installation, and set-up costs, if applicable. The invoice should detail description of all work completed and date and time of work done. Only charges as stated on the Price/Delivery sheet(s) submitted as part of the bid will be considered.
