The services required are intended to: o ensure that the equipment is maintained in optimal working order; o prevent breakdowns and service interruptions; o extend the service life of the boilers; o ensure compliance with applicable standards and the manufacturer's recommendations. This is a service contract comprising a fixed-price component and an on-demand component: 1. Fixed-price component: inspection and preventive maintenance of electric boilers; 2. On-demand component: minor repairs to electric boilers; The establishments covered are divided into groups and comprise buildings located in the three geographical sectors of the CSSMB (North, South and West). This contract shall run for a period of one (1) year from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027, with two (2) options to renew for a further year each. The contractor must carry out the annual preventive maintenance of all electric boilers within their lot(s) by 15 July of the current year at the latest. Any repairs, non-urgent corrective work or any other work required in addition to the preventive maintenance must be completed in full by 15 September of the current year at the latest, including the recommissioning of the equipment.
