Sealed bids are requested for Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs at Harris Middle School, Project No. 2025-21. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the architect/engineer, Holly & Smith Architects, for a fee. General Contractors may receive a refund for one set of bid documents if they are returned within ten days of bid opening, complete and unmarked. Subcontractors and material suppliers may receive partial refunds based on document condition and quantity. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site to review the job scope and site conditions. Sealed proposals must be clearly marked with the bidder’s name, address, telephone number, State License Number (if applicable), and project name and number.
