Renovation of an educational facility in Angola, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 162,599-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

Bid Packages are as follows Bid Package 06a General Trades Bid Package 26a Electrical Project consists of renovations to the High School Auditorium including new flooring, reconfigure the stage, green room renovations, new seating, new lighting, miscellaneous renovations. Each bid shall include with such bid, a certified check or bid bond made payable to MSD of Steuben County for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum bid. Should a successful bidder withdraw its bid or fail to execute a satisfactory contract with MSD of Steuben County , MSD of Steuben County may then declare the bid deposit or bid bond to be forfeited as liquidated damages. Each successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance & Payment Bonds which cover faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Said bonds shall remain in full force and effect for one year from the substantial completion of the Work. The bonds will be made out to MSD of Steuben County. MSD of Steuben County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any or all informalities, irregularities and/or inconsistencies in, or with respect to, any or all bids. Addenda may be issued at anytime. Can be non union or union. MKS delivers project to owner as CMa. MKS will not be participating in bidding.
