Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids are to be addressed to Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 29. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder must execute bonds and provide required insurance certificates and bonds within seven (7) days after receiving the contract documents.
