Description

Renovation of a recreation facility in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

The project involves the removal and replacement of exterior siding at the Minnedosa Community Complex. The contractor is required to supply all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the project. Work to be completed includes removal and proper disposal or salvage of existing siding, inspection of the exterior wall assembly, preparation of surfaces for new siding installation, installation of a new siding system, installation of all trims, corners, flashing, and finishing components, sealing and weatherproofing as required, site cleanup and removal of all construction debris including any related tipping fees, and replacement of five windows (two in the 'Pro shop' and three on the west side of the 'restaurant').
