Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenfield, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction Management (CM) firm shall prepare a scope of services during construction of the City's new WWTP Upgrade Project. CM firm's scope of services shall anticipate ancillary technical services required for funding agencies ( State Revolving Fund Program), and including effort for participating in Partnering and Value Engineering sessions. CM firm shall anticipate an overall construction phase schedule of 36 months, inclusive of the bid period, and an additional 3 months at the beginning of the Contract between City and CM firm, to conduct value engineering and constructability reviews with the City and Design Team.
