Commercial construction work to be performed under a firm fixed-price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 36, requiring the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and workmanship necessary to complete the project in full compliance with the Statement of Work dated 03 April 2026. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable contract standards, codes, practices, and specifications, including required submittals identified on AF Form 66, Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations for Heavy construction, and applicable bonding, bid guarantee, and liquidated damages requirements. Performance includes adherence to controlled unclassified information handling requirements, completion of work within the specified performance period, and delivery of construction that meets all quality, technical, and regulatory requirements established in the contract documents. Questions are due to 90 CONS by 11:00 am MT, the day after the site visit. If there is no request for a site visit, the Questions are due by 11:00 am MT, Wednesday, 29 April 2026. The magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Offer Site Visit on Thursday, 28 May 2026 at 9:00 am MT. Meet at Gat 2 Parking Lot, off of Missile Dr., outside of F.E. Warren AFB, WY to caravan to the site. Personnel wishing to attend will need to provide their Driver's License image (front side) to be put on an Entry Authorization List (EAL) as the site to be visited is secure.
