Renovation of a library in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 41,777-square-foot library.
Southeast Missouri State University is receiving sealed bids for work involved in the Kent Library Fountain and Plaza Renovation, SB11162. Bidders must comply with all statutory regulations as referred to in the specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved surety company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. An electronic copy of all project drawings and specifications will be issued free of charge to contractors who request the link. Documents may then be printed as desired by the plan holders, as no paper copies will be issued by the university.
