Site work for a water / sewer project in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are invited for the Ardmore Pump Station Generator Replacement, Contract Number 26-16-4711, Single Prime Contract: Electrical Construction. The project is for the replacement of the indoor generator with an outdoor generator. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; furnishing and installing the replacement generator with appurtenances; concrete pad and fence modifications; and site and building restoration. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required, along with a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25%. Electronic copies of drawings and specifications can be obtained at no cost on the website. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
