Site work for a civil project in New Waterford, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) requires contractor services to perform infrastructure upgrades, including replacement of approximately 835 meters of water main and a full depth rebuild of the road (asphalt and gravels) on Ellsworth Avenue, New Waterford, from Webb's Lane to Ling Street. A portion of the waterline work will be completed on Trunk 28 of the NSDPW roadway, coordinated with work being done by the province. Submissions for this tender will only be accepted by email to purchase@cbrm.ns.ca, and the deadline for questions is April 27, 2026.
