The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) requires contractor services to perform infrastructure upgrades, including replacement of approximately 835 meters of water main and a full depth rebuild of the road (asphalt and gravels) on Ellsworth Avenue, New Waterford, from Webb's Lane to Ling Street. A portion of the waterline work will be completed on Trunk 28 of the NSDPW roadway, coordinated with work being done by the province.
