The work involves furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, and performing necessary work for maintenance and installation of pavement markings and signage on City of Mandeville streets as directed. This includes but is not limited to removal, replacement, and installation of pavement markings, pavement legends, retroreflective pavement markers, modular lane separator systems, rectangular rapid flashing beacon assemblies, radar activated driver speed feedback signs, and street signage and posts as directed. The contract is for one year with an option to renew annually for up to three years unless amended via change order. Individual task orders will be issued under the contract up to a maximum combined value of $500,000 unless amended via change order. No minimum value is guaranteed. Each bid must include a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least five percent of the total bid amount. The bid envelope must be clearly marked with the project name, number, bid due date and time, and must include the contractor’s name, address, and Louisiana contractor’s license number. Submission in duplicate is requested but not mandatory. All laws, ordinances, and regulations of relevant authorities apply to the contract throughout.
