The Rural Municipality of Nipawin No. 487 invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors to provide grass cutting and grounds maintenance services for two municipal properties: a Heritage School Site and a Cemetery. Required services include grass cutting, trimming, edging, removal or management of grass clippings as needed, coordination with RM representatives regarding schedules, and maintaining a safe and tidy appearance at all times. Contractors must supply all equipment, provide proof of Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) registration or independent operator confirmation, and have experience in grass cutting or grounds maintenance. Tenders must include the contractor name and contact information, summary of experience and equipment, fee schedule for each location separately, any additional charges, and proof of insurance and WCB registration. Contracts may be awarded for up to three years with annual renewal based on performance. The RM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, waive irregularities, award contracts separately, and select the lowest or any tender.
