Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kilauea, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The scope of work consists of widening the existing roadway pavement to extend the left turn lane, constructing a storage lane, removing and installing pavement markings, cold planing and resurfacing, reconstructing grated drop inlet to storm drain manhole, and hydro-mulch seeding of graded shoulder. Bidders shall submit and upload their complete proposal documents to Hiepro prior to the posted offer due date and time. Proposals received after said due date and time shall not be considered. Any additional support documents explicitly designated as confidential and/or proprietary shall be uploaded in separate files to Hiepro and should not be included in the proposal file. Failure to upload the required proposal documents to Hiepro shall be grounds for rejection of the bid. Response to all questions and requests for information shall be issued only by formal addendum to the solicitation and posted to Hiepro.
