The works will be carried out over a period of approximately 13 months, taking into account the building's occupancy constraints, particularly during the summer period when the absence of students will allow the most disruptive works to be carried out. Area: approx. 1,487 m2 Delivery schedule Work will commence on 15 June. Between the signing of the contract and the start of works (18 May to 15 June), users will vacate the premises over a period of approximately one month. Coordination will be provided during this period to adjust the start date of works, if necessary, should the move be completed sooner than expected. The works will take place over a period of 13 months, from 15 June 2026 to 16 July 2027. The list of defects, along with all associated rectifications, must be completed by this deadline.
