Package 1: o Identification of underground utilities. o Clearing and grubbing. o Provide, maintain, and removal of erosion control measures. o Installation of 2,709 LF of 12-inch diameter water main, 9,490 LF of 8-inch diameter water main, 118 LF of 6-inch diameter watermain, 462 LF of 2-inch diameter water main, fire hydrants, valves, and other appurtenances in NCDOT right-of-way. o Installation of 68 LF of 24-inch steel casing by Jack and Bore at 1 location. Installation of 409 LF of 18-inch steel casing by Jack and Bore at 3 locations. o Installation of 77 water taps, service lines, and meter boxes. o Completion of all required tests and inspections. o Completion of record drawings. o Surface restoration. o All other Work required in accordance with the Contract Documents. o Compliance with State and Federal Funding Requirements.
