Paving of 9.9 km on Route 102 in York County, covering Chapel Road to Fredericton city limit, Route 105 (Grand Pass Court area toward Route 104), and Mactaquac Road (Route 102 to Route 105). Cold milling and asphalt paving of three roadways including Route 102 approximately 6.2 km, Route 105 approximately 1.3 km, and Mactaquac Road approximately 2.4 km, total length approximately 9.9 km. Work includes milling, warm mix asphalt placement, shoulder material, guide rail removal and installation, pavement markings, traffic control, force account work, and related adjustments Bids will only be accepted by electronic transmission via email to highwaysprocurement@snb.ca. All bids must be properly signed by an authorized person, legible, properly completed, and contain the proper solicitation number. The proponent is responsible for ensuring the complete bid, including attachments, is received before the closing date and time. Bids must be stated in Canadian Funds, exclusive of sales taxes, and all tenders must be delivery duty paid (DDP) per Incoterms 2020 DDP. The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to waive minor non-compliance or accept/reject any or all bids in whole or in part.
