The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College for the Austell Campus Building B Renovations, in strict accordance with the Scope of Work, bidding documents, and contract documents associated with these services. The location is Chattahoochee Technical College at 1578 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Austell, GA 30168. Bidders are required to participate in a Mandatory Prebid Conference and site visit for further discussion of the project scope. Failure to participate will result in automatic disqualification from the bid process. All questions regarding the bidding documents, bidding process, substitution requests, and use of Team Georgia Marketplace must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. Communication with any state employee other than the contracting officer, except during the Prebid Conference, is prohibited and may result in bid rejection. Project Plans are available at no charge and must be downloaded from the bid event on Team Georgia Marketplace. All bid submission documents must be completed, executed, and uploaded to the bid event by the closing date and time. No paper bids or other forms of submission will be accepted. Bidders must upload the Bid Form, Bid Bond, Contractor Affidavit, Tax Compliance Form, and any Addendum(s) as specified in the Project Manual and bid event.
