Renovation of a library in Park Ridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Project consists of providing a rail-type snow guard system and associated cable cover accessories on an existing slate shingle roof. Work includes resetting and supplementing existing roof mounted heating cables. Bids will be received in a single prime contract. Bidders must submit lump sum bids using the provided Bid Form, with the project name, date, and time of bid clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. Bids not submitted sealed, signed, with a bid bond, or received after the deadline will be disqualified and returned. Bid security is required in the form of a Bid Bond, AIA Document A310-2010, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid and all Additive Alternates. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain necessary insurance and bonds for the work. Work is to be performed June 2026 – July 2026.
