Refer to the table below for mile point location of each swale. The goal of the project is to upgrade existing median swales that are currently not providing TMDL credits. Other project improvements include upgrading existing traffic barrier within the project limits to meet current standards, as needed. Classification: E - 2,500,001 to $5,000,000 In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00 The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
