This space, which currently serves as a car park, is set to become an inviting and welcoming area for people to gather and make their way towards the main entrance. Essentially, landscaping, civil engineering and electrical works are planned. This description of the works is for information purposes only. Please refer to the plans and specifications for the full scope of the works. An optional site visit is scheduled for 22 April 2026 at 8:00 am. The meeting point for this visit is 1300 8th Avenue, Security Office, in the city of Quebec, province of Quebec, G1J 5L5. Health and social distancing measures apply. Start of works: 1 June Provisional handover: 20 August 2026 . All noisy works that could disrupt the Cegep's internal activities, as determined by the project manager of the PUBLIC BODY, must be completed; . Access to the roundabout, the front car park and the main entrance (door #1) must be possible. Acceptance without reservation: 25 September 2026
