The Fillmore County Highway Department is accepting bids for the furnishing and hauling of Class 2 (modified) aggregate on various Fillmore County roads, as well as for furnishing the same material in stockpile at various quarry locations. Aggregate material must conform with the 2025 Edition of Minnesota Department of Transportation “Standard Specification for Highway Construction” and any amendments by the Special Provisions. Estimated quantities are 33,562 tons of Class-2 modified aggregate material, plus additional stockpile quantities. Bids must be submitted in sealed form to the office of the County Engineer at the Fillmore County Highway Department in Preston, Minnesota by 1:30 p.m. on May 4, 2026. Bid forms are available at the office of the County Highway Engineer. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defect.
