This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland to submit proposals for County Road 45 and County Road 18 Class Environmental Assessment. Northumberland County intends to retain a qualified consultant to undertake a Schedule 'B' Municipal Class Environmental Assessment and preliminary design for County Road 45 from Browns Road in Fenella to Halstead Road in Roseneath, and County Road 18 from Roseneath Landing Road to CR 45 in the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand. The project includes AFN reserve lands, through which both CR 45 and CR 18 pass, within the traditional territory of the Michi Saagiig Anishinaabeg. The total length of the study area is approximately 7.9 km.
