Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Fridley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work includes the construction of approximately 5 pedestrian bridges, timber stringer spans, hardware, treated timber structure removals, and a 12' walkway timber pedestrian rail, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. A bid shall be submitted online through QuestCDN.com no later than the prescribed date and time. For this project, only online electronic bids through QuestCDN will be accepted. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the planholders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fridley. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the owner would be best served thereby. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days. Question Deadline 04/23/2026All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
