Renovation of an educational facility in Mont Belvieu, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Request for subcontractor proposals for BHISD Middle School North Administration renovations. Proposals and qualification statements are to be submitted to Purcell Construction, Inc., who is serving as Construction Manager at Risk on behalf of Barbers Hill Independent School District. Drawings and specifications will be available for review at the offices of Purcell Construction, Inc., and designated plan rooms. Prevailing wage rates in conformity with Texas law will be paid for this project. Proposals must remain valid for sixty days. The Owner, Architect/Engineer, and Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities and irregularities, and make awards in the best interest of the school district. By submitting a proposal, each proposer waives any claim against the Owner, Architect/Engineer, Construction Manager, and their employees regarding the administration, evaluation, recommendation, or acceptance/rejection of proposals or award of contract.
