Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lockhart, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a 117-unit residential development; fitness / recreation center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.

Lockhart Independent School District has approved a public-private partnership to deliver a dedicated teacher and staff housing community within the Juniper Springs master-planned area. The project, known as Wildflower at Juniper Springs, will include approximately 117 homes, primarily three- and four-bedroom single-family residences with shared amenities and below-market rental options targeted to district employees. Development will be led by Upward Communities in partnership with Public Private Development Corporation, with home construction performed by BOSC Construction, a Perry Homes company. Model homes are expected to open for pre-leasing in August 2026.
