Billerica Public Schools invites bids for asbestos abatement at Locke, Dutile, Marshall, and Hajjar. Bids must be submitted in their entirety in a sealed envelope on the official bid form or an exact copy by reproduction. Addenda will only be issued to those who have obtained a bid packet. Bidders cannot withdraw their bids within thirty calendar days after the opening date. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place at the Marshall Middle School. Billerica Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
