County forces will clear the one thousand seven hundred (1,700) linear feet of construction area of brush and trees necessary for the installation of the new fence. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, site cleanup, and any other project related items required to perform the work to owner satisfaction. Basket Flats Fencing Replacement. Sealed bids will be received for the purpose of securing the Basket Flats Fencing Replacement. Bids may be publicly opened and read aloud. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. A non-mandatory, but highly recommended site meeting may be held.
